Request Account Deletion

This page is the official account-deletion request channel for the BattleRampage mobile game (package com.battlerampage) published on Google Play.

How to request deletion

Follow the steps below. You do not need to be signed in on this website to submit a request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

    Submit this formEnter the email address linked to your BattleRampage account (Google Play / login email). Optionally include your in-game player name and User ID if you know them.

    We verify ownershipWe may contact you at that email to confirm the request and prevent unauthorized deletions.
  3. 03
    Account & data are deletedAfter verification we permanently delete your account and associated personal data from BattleRampage systems, usually within 30 days of a valid request.

What is deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account (email / Google login credentials for BattleRampage)
  • Player profile (player name, friend code, settings, linked providers)
  • Inventory & progression (coins, unlocks, skins, chests, tasks, achievements progress)
  • Inbox rewards and account-linked notifications
  • Leaderboard entry and ranked stats tied to your account
  • Match history and performance records stored under your account ID
  • Closed-beta registration records matching your email (if any)

Target processing time: within 30 days after we successfully verify your request.

What may be retained

Anonymized / aggregated gameplay metrics

Used only for balancing and server health; cannot identify you.

Retention: May be retained indefinitely in aggregated form
Security, fraud, and abuse logs

Required to investigate abuse and protect other players.

Retention: Up to 90 days, then deleted or fully anonymized
Legal / accounting records (if purchases apply later)

Where law requires retention of transaction evidence.

Retention: As required by applicable law
Deletion request ticket itself

Proof that we received and processed your request.

Retention: Up to 24 months, then deleted
